Thank you Pamela, love, they look delicious, I shall certainly try them. I think they maybe a little better twist on the ’french Toast’. which I love too, my Son often asked for it for brekky, at that time my Mother did all the cooking !
Have you ever tried adding fresh onion to it? I think I would try that too.Thanks. Especially as the cheese and onion pie I made for the party, was a great success, and requested for all the next parties...but guess what Pamela....I have looked up the recipe since then and what I made was my own new recipe. I didn’t know you had to have egg and a bit of potato etc., mine was pure guess, and pure onion and pure cheese in a pastry shell.
i pint glass bowl of 3 equal amounts of mixed grated cheeses, old cheddar, mexicali mixed cheese, and Mozzarella.
Then one pint glass bowl of chopped onion. mix the two together in a 2 pint glass bowl, Salt and pepper and turf into the pastry shell, top with another pastry shell, pop In the oven, 375 degrees for approx 25 mins, switch up to 400 degrees for 10 mins.
A real winner and I didn’t have a clue what I was doing.
try it love, ------------------------------------------------------------------
goody! Cooking classes are in.. I need new recipies!
