Good morning everyone, you will have to do your own early morning call tomorrow as we will be in Brighton, you will also have to cook your own brekkie’s.

A bright crisp morning here and Ian has taken patch down to the creek for a walk before we set off, only hope the boat is still safe or we could be leaving later than intended.

We had a lovely meal with Jerry last night, he bought me a poinsetta, trouble is I am not good with these houseplants and I am not sure how long it will last.

Pamela good to see you posting again, hope you feel stronger soon.

Roly I expect Caddy will miss you. Enjoy the party in Woodford.

Ray sorry to hear that you need a scuba suit on, hope the rain stops soon.

Hugh have you got the Christmas tree up yet?

Harry how are you, ok I hope.

Margaret hope all is well with you and Phil. Enjoy your weekend love.

Have a nice weekend everyone, stay warm keep safe and I will be back on Monday.

Back from the RSL Woodford . Partook in a couple of light beers and a rum and  coke. Also had a delicious tea. Well done to the Womens Auxillary for the cook up and the sweets laid on for afters.
Left just after 2000 and headed for home, but was tempted to call into the local pub, but as I was about to turn in off the main highway, saw three police cars down the road and the paddy wagon as well, so kept going to home. They were setting up a breathalyser station on the main highway.
I came straight home and did not pass go. Rang my mate Jeff and told him to leave his car and walk home. Not far for him to walk.
Nice evening and I am sitting here at the computer with a couple of mince tarts and a glass of rum and coke....Bliss.
I will say goodnight now and finish the glass of rum and off to bed. Now about 2130 hours. Night to all
