Confused

Having just paid & joined, I tried tracing my father’s RAF (WW2) record by entering his name & surname, however with no result. Surely his name is amongst the millions of records on offer? Any kind advice would be appreciated. Thank you

We feel exactly the same. Searched for two relatives, neither listed. Very disappointing.
