Try a Welsh full-fat Blue, the taste is out of this world, Soft, melts in the mouth, gosh I’m slobbering, have it with crackers, with butter on, and a good whisky, wonderful late supper,unbeatable, in my opinion.

I’m not too keen on the blue myself, but the wife loves it.
I’m crackers enough without having any more, they give me indigestion. I have to sit up in bed half the night if I eat any carbs before bed time. The cheese on it’s own is fine.
I bet some of you are thinking... oooooh what a terrible diet. ha ha.
Well...... it works for me.

Don, You are deliberately eating high cholesterol food stuffs & when you get angina or a heart attack you should be refused free tratment on the NHS, you’re also drinking whisky which causes cirrhosis of the liver when your liver packs in you should be made to pay for all you madical treatment why should we pay to keep you alive.
