Good afternoon all.

Hello Patricia good to see you again.  Ben would love snow but not us oldies - well maybe just 3 or 4ft.

Hi Vicky I echo Patricias post - you keep us straight on birthdays etc.  Happy birthday Wendy,  Out of sight doesnt mean out of mind.

Hello Jacky and June - I know yous are well.

Hi Roly m8 - egging the people on again are we.  Has the sun gone to rest away down in the west yet.  Swop the eggs for bacon and sausages etc - makes more sense.  Maybe a few mushrooms.

JD I never was any good at maths haha - i will drink the buckshee pints meself in case they go off

Bits and pieces of shopping done Vicky waiting for andrea she comes back today.

I am baby sitting this afternoon so i have all the treats in.  Ben will take over the laptop or Abi so i am posting now.

Good news - Bailies Oirish is 1/2 price in tescos.  and its the original.  I hate the walnut and biscotti.

Our bus route is the exact same Vicky - 26 stops altogether.  Could walk faster.

All for now take care.

Half the world population is Oirish and the other half wish they were. Colum.

Hullo,
Somebody mentioned that snow was starting. So I am off back to bed. Just reading about it makes me shiver.
Nice and sunny here and it is 0545 and I do not know why I am out of bed on Saturday morning.
Luncheon today at Beerwah RSL. Should be a great day as it is the first luncheon in the refurbished premisies. The have not reinstalled the pokies either. Something to do with the licencing. This will make it a better luncheon as their is no distraction to the entertainment, which is good in the country around the Glasshouse mountains.
I have no formal duties either and not only that, I am being chaufered to and from the venue. So I may just relax and have some beer and spirits.
I hope that June and Sandy have arrived safely at their overnight destination. I wonder if June was the navigator? Probably be in Kent now instead of Bristol.
Funny that Vicki mentioned the fact that It was Wendies Birthday anniversary, as I was only looking at her phot 3 days ago. It was the one with Margaret being hugged while they sing. I think it was "The sun will come out tomorro..." Lovely photo. I wanted to post it with this note, but cannot immediately find it. She is missed and also Brian.
Right, it is now time to have a shower, as I stink and want to have breakfast smelling all nice and clean.
Have a great night and a good weekend.
for the ladies and  for the men.

The Flying Scotswoman

Hello everyone we arrived in Bristol at 2-15pm and had a very good journey down no hold ups at all We took about eight and a half hours to get here with two stops. I did manage to get a couple of hours sleep on and off but the flipping traffic reports kept waking me up

I have done all the unpacking and had our tea. I think I will have an early night as I am beginning to flag so will post tomorrow.

Take care for just now and will catch you all later

   Love to you all June
