Correction, Scouse. You will need to do more than check the previous posts to get the gist of any of it!!!!
Basically your man wants to be able to wander off into any fairytale that suits him but the rest of us must fall back into topic when he is getting the rough end.
Now, does that not bring back memories????

I do not have a clue as the intent of his US post. It has nothing to do with his previous rubbish!!!!

Come on Mike...take some credit man, on page 2 you said that you wanted to see the formation of a New World’ government,.... that’s where it started from.....but if all you want to do is kick off again like a spoiled child, then PM me like I said before and sort it out there.

If you want to cause trouble on this thread, talking about the poster instead of the topic then go ahead.... but carry on the way your doing and this thread will more than likely get closed....I’ll leave it up to you buddy.

Morality is doing what’s right regardless of what you’re told. Obedience is doing what you’re told regardless of what’s right....What is right is not always popular, and what is popular is not always right.

Upto now the only UK Government to keep it’s word was Harold Wilsons’ in 1975.

Heath promised a referendum on our joining the EEC in 1973...Wilson gave us it in 1975.

Thatcher signed the Schengen Agreement treaty in 1985 giving open borders but refused the call for a referendum.

Thatcher signed the Single European Act in 1986 efectively setting up the EU & giving some our decision making powers to the EU she turned down the call for a referendum.

In 1992 Major signed the Maastricht Treaty which formally set up the EU & gave away more of our sovereign powers...he promised a referendum but kinda never got around to it.

Blair signed the Amsterdam Treaty in 1999 increasing the powers of the European Parliament & giving away more of our powers to the EU, he said he would look into giving a referendum...he’s still looking.

Blair signed the Lisbon Treaty giving more power to the (EU) Council of Ministers & the European Parliament, he ignored the call for a referendum.

After saying all the above we should remember we don’t run this country by referendum like some Scandinavian countries, we vote MPs in to vote in our place & hope (usually in vain) they will take in our wishes & act for the good of the country.

A situation may be desperate but never serious

Hhhmmm!!!!

Owen, grow up and try to understand what you are reading instead of scanning half sentences and putting your own spin on them.
A ’New World’ government does not mean a new government for the whole planet. It refers to a radical new style of government for.....in this case the UK.
Your infantile baiting is wasted on me for various reasons but the main one being that it is childishly boring. For that reason....I am out!

Robert, I am at a loss to understand the reason for your quote of my post in yours, a couple back. Can you explain please?

Damnant quod non intellegunt.

Eh.......World government is the notion of a single common political authority for all of humanity. (Wikipedia)...go on now......on your way bonnie lad.

There’ll be nowhere to run from the new world government.....(The Telegraph) the clue is in the word "WORLD" Mike.

The EU Referendum vote.

Owen,

I would not dream of telling you how to post or what the content of your posts should be.  Perhaps you didn’t assimilate the two pints I made in mine?

It wouldnt be the first time you’ve misinterpreted someone’s post.

Please don’t bother replying - especially with another bloody attachment.

That’s it for me on this thread.  No Owen, I’m not cutting and running - I’ve just had enough.

TC.

Once a Lancer, always a Lancer!
