Came to a sticky end then Scouse.

Alright Mike, Yeh the buggers had me taped, I even had to pay for a replacement beret & cap badge.

A situation may be desperate but never serious

Which war would this be Patricia?.

Cyprus, keeping the peace, silly buggers cleaning live rounds rifles on the beach  and shot each other.

Maybe he was the other one and lost two fingers/

You know what Brian?  I feel really sorry for you.

There are young men in Selly Oak and Headley Court just now who would be happy if they had only lost two fingers because they have lost two legs and in some cases an arm as well.

Yet you seem to have turned into such a bitter, twisted old man.

Had you come onto this site and taken the time to engage with people in a friendly way, you would have been welcomed and found many caring and friendly people.

Aw Bless you Pamela, a nurse, and it shows how we try to understand our vets.
Alas my friend, I think we have a lost cause here unless you and I and maybe Sylvia get him on his own  and work on changing his mind.

First get rid of the crap, a 3 H enema should do it (High, Hot,and Hell of a lot)

Then a view of real operations on more than just 2 fingers,  and a trip to the Chelsea Pensioners for a real barracking by real soldiers.

He might listen to us then.

Pretty sad eh dear Sister?
