Sad though it may seem, I have (and I really do not know why!) ’clocked’ the in house barneys over the past few years and am sorry to say that my claim of earlier holds water. Yes indeed there have been other issues raised in other arenas but if you look back over the insult style flare ups you will find that they originate from a very small group of people. Now, if they choose to air their personal grievances privately by PM then....who cares!? Not I.
Why does there need to be an audience?

I did not make my statement in order to patronize the other branches but I have always been the first to hold my own hand up when wrong and accept that some group to which I am attached can be called to task for some reason.

Still, this latest, appears to have worn itself down somewhat, though I personally would have been very interested to see the suggested challenge of info/money take place.
That was never likely to happen though, was it gentlemen???????

Just so that we can all be clear about what I mean...................I have no interest in whether Scouse holds an 11plus with merits or a Masters in Astrophysics and neither do I believe that anyone should be embarrassed, cajoled or intimidated into having to prove anything on this site.

I am most certainly not taking anyone’s side as I find this latest exchange of immaturity incredible. I have put in my views for two reasons:

1). I maintain my assertion regarding the origin of most arguments between ’settled’ members of FR being one of ex- RAF (note ex-RAF doing, not necessarily ’Scouse’) doing. I do not recall mentioning specifics but as they say’ if the caps fits’!

2). I seem to have been seconded into this contre temps without my knowledge or agreement and I ’resent’ that, as it goes, Scouse. Before anyone queries that, read back the flow of words.

Richard, whatever your views of Scouse’s qualifications or, in your mind, lack of them, I do not see the need to plaster them across a thread just to point score. There are no points to be had here, just brickbats.
Many of us have been involved in some difference of opinion since we have been here but this one is ridiculous.
