Peter I started watching a TV series last night about Billy Connolly traveling across Canada starting at Halifax, across the top ofCanada and won to your part. Last nights episode was from Halifax to Newfoundland. Looks like it is going to be good viewing.Canada is certainly a big place.

Odds and Bits 49.

Hi Vicky. I am also a Billy Connolly fan and have enjoyed all he’s previous programmes ref the various places he has visited wherever. A good lad that I think and in spite of all he’s fame he still stays very much as he is and is not the least bit pretentious. Apart from these programmes I also have many of he’s comedy videos and enjoy ’em all.
One of the lads that and all credit to him.
Hope you are having a good week.
Have a few pics to send of "Signs of Spring" but need to sort first.
Enough from me for today. Regards. Syd.

Syd I agree about Billy Connolly, a very down to earth guy.
We are enjoying our week with Sophie and today went to Milestones museum at Basingstoke. It is a living museum and describes local industry and life. We have been before but we all enjoyed it again as it brings history to life. Of course it was very nostalgic for Ian and I as there were lots of things for us to remember about growing up. Ian took 55 photos while we were there. I will just post 4.
