Claims For Tinitus

In the early part of my service Ear defenders were little to none existans. so I am going for compensation for TINITUS. NOISE indused. Any feed back would be more than appretieated. I am taking the Governement to Tribunal,and have a pretty good case. Anyone else want to come on board???

i am the same. i actually wear 2 earing aids.well i got to my hearing. they hummed and ha’d,then said i wasnt deaf enuogh for w/p i was only bad in one area,that was in the female talking to me bit. remember i wear 2 earing aids.. i did get 1 point for it, but they dont add it on to any w/p points you already have any more so i had 19 points for my back, and 1 for my hearing. but good luck to you all the same.i did get my back points upgraded,get w/p next year

Hi

Hi Terrence make sure you make your claim within a year, after that m8 you dont stand a chance,when i first joined up my hearing test consited of me in one corner of the room and the doc in the other i turned my ear towards the doc he lapped i heard and then we done the other ear that was that when i got out and complained that i could not hear propperly out of my right ear i was put into a booth with headphones and two people was speaking to me at the same time,they put mine down to the firing range and not wearing my plugs propperly,but i always did wear them.anyway m8 do it within the year and get the apropriate records.
