Army Uniform

Could anybody possible identify the army dress uniform on the right?  Could it possibly be either a Royal Fusilier or 8th Hussars? [Albert on left, George on right.jpg]

Well upon asking around I think I maybe able to help, although I cannot be certain this uniform, judging by the braiding, has the look of a cavalry or yeomanry regiment.  The picture is quite poor upon zooming in for details, though feel that 7th Dragoon Guards is most likely--hopefully this fits with the uniform.  If you have a name or other information we might be able to find out more.

Thanks for that.  I have now confirmed that the soldier in both is Albert Evans.  He was born in Belfast and served in the first world war.  Sorry about the quality of the photo but it was emailed to me.
