Evening family

from a wet and dismal Bury...

i have been engrossed in the olympics in fact i could do to give it a break,i am getting square eyes

...

Went to the docs yesterday,my blood pressure was ok the doc wasn’t worried,he also hinted not to get my hopes up too much about phils op,

he wasn’t being negative! just realistic! he hadn’t heard anything yet from the new doc ...

Anyway he says i must stay well and to keep taking the tablets.....

the cricket will make a change when it starts on Thursday,not seen the weather forecast though,so it’s a case of fingers crossed....

Mike rang me last week,he was feeling better,but he was also starting at the coal face again and will be busy for quite a while,as he has a whole house to decorate...

I have had Phil in bed all day,just to get a break from the pain,he was quite settled and comfy in bed ,the doc also told me not to be too mean with the ori morph

he said it’s not a strong dose,but i am still rationing it...it’s an opiate after all...

Evening All............

Margaret I am sorry for Phil with all the pain he has to bear.

Well I saw the lady doctor this morning........I had a good talk to her..............She said it was only 3 weeks since Joyce`s passing and that she was not surprised that I break down and cry a lot.

She did however give me a good examination.....Pulse OK, Blood Pressure fine,Heart OK,Lungs clear........Wants to see me again in about 3 weeks time.

So thats the story........I am glad I went.

She said she would not give me drugs etc.

James i am so glad you went to see your GP,Time is the greatest healer so give yourself time to grieve and if you feel like crying then cry,you will feel stronger as the days go by...

Ok folks,this thread is now closed we have overstayed our welcome,we are now in brazil.....so pop into CF178 and you will find the drinks laid on i have gone looking for June... ( she will be shopping!!!) .
