A Bishops Daily Routine....

Bishop John H. Vincent (died 9th May 1920) was a Wesleyan Bishop who developed the habit of starting every morning by saying: "I will this day try to live a simple, sincere and serene life; repelling promptly every thought of discontent, impurity and self seeking; cultivating cheerfulness, magnanimity, charity and the habit of holy silence; exercising economy in expenditure, carefulness in conversation, diligence in appointed service, fidelity to every trust and a child like faith in God."

Just think how the world would be if only 25% of the population adopted such an attitude. The effect on all who come into contact with us would be something to see.

And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
(Matthew 18:3)
