FOUND WHERE RECORDS ARE BUT UNABLE TO VIEW

Hi All I have done a search to find my grandad found out what files the info is on after putting in name and service number no info at all comes up the relevant files are WO96 HIS SERVICE NUMBER WAS 4609 Sherwood FORESTERS REGIMENT Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I can actually view this information hope you can help me with this thanks in advance for any help.

Hello John, where did you obtain the information from that instructed you the "relevant files are WO96"?

If this was a search you completed on a different website then sadly you will need to ask the question on that website.
