I found info here that I pretty much already knew. What I was hoping to find was more information on when did he enlist, his movements during the war, and what battles he may have been at. I’ve narrowed a lot down by his cemetery and the date of his death. The third battle of Ypres in early Aug. 1917. My guess is the next option is the Official British History of WW1 but I was hoping somebody could direct me to a place with more details in hopes of trying to narrow down his location at the time of his death. He is buried at Huts Cemetery. G A Surname Hervey Rank Lieutenant Nationality British Regiment Royal Garrison Artillery Additional Regiment Info 1st/1st (Wessex) Battery Date of Death 08/08/1917 Campaign Medals Victory Medal British War Medal
