Family Tree - missing Surgeon

Hi there!
I am trying to find my 19 century relative-
only have Surname: Ronayne and know that he was a surgeon.
I remember being shown very old medical textbooks at my Grandmother’s ancestoral home in Claremorris, Co. Mayo. IRELAND
Unfortunately, they went missing as house changed hands. I have my Great-Grandfather’s Name: Richard Ronayne and his father’s name: Terence Ronayne. Richard was born in 1859.Can anyone advise?
