Maurice, on all internet forums there are basic guidelines which everyone accepts, and one is that the use of CAPITALS for emphasis , just as I have done here, is perfectly acceptable, but TYPING YOUR WHOLE MESSAGE IN CAPITALS is considered to be shouting and bloody rude!
Your keyboard has a key with "Caps Lock" on it but apart from the example shown should always be OFF!
