my broadband and phone will not work together.
i found out no-one could get through to me on the landline.
if i put just the phone socket in ,the phone makes and receives calls.
if i put both phone and broadband in,the phone won,t work.
i put a new ADSL filter on, still not working.
got in touch with BT. they carried out a line test while the phone line ,only was attached it worked fine.
the said they would send an engineer out,if repair work inside my home was needed they would charge £130.
any help from someone would be appreciated. thanks ,ally.
