How to have a long life

James Fell Aker was a Southern Baptist evangelist. Born in 1880, he died, aged 106 in 1986. At the age of 105, he planned to go to Japan for a Christian crusade mission. A newscaster said of this grand old man, that if anyone wanted him for a mission, they would have to book him three years in advance.
James Aker used to preach at three revivals a month and then have a rest for a week.  He became a Christian at the age of 17 years and accomplished 85 years of ministry in 1976. Aker attributed his longevity to four things.
He honoured his parents. ( "Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee," Exodus 20:12)
He tried to take care of his physical body:("Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?  You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price.  Therefore honor God with your body," (1 Cor. 6:19-20).)
He got into the habit of getting a good rest at night; and
He strived to put God first in his life.( "I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore" (Psalm 86:12).)

So if any would have a long life, here is an example.
